This website, subb.ae, is operated by Subb Specialty Portal ("Subb", "we"), a sole establishment licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (License No. 1633552), located in Nad Al Hammar, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what information this website handles. It is deliberately short, because the site collects very little. هذا الموقع، subb.ae، تديره «صبّ سبيشالتي بورتال» (Subb Specialty Portal)، وهي مؤسسة فردية مرخّصة من دائرة الاقتصاد والسياحة في دبي (رخصة رقم 1633552)، وعنوانها ند الحمر، دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. توضح هذه السياسة ما يتعامل معه الموقع من معلومات — وهي قصيرة عمداً، لأن الموقع يجمع القليل جداً.

What we collectما الذي نجمعه

Nothing automatically. This site uses no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. The only data stored on your device is a single language preference (English or Arabic), kept in your browser's local storage so the site remembers which language you chose. It never leaves your device. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, whose servers receive your IP address in order to serve the font files; no other information is shared. لا شيء تلقائياً. لا يستخدم هذا الموقع ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز) ولا أدوات تحليلات ولا أي نوع من التتبع. البيان الوحيد المخزَّن على جهازك هو تفضيل اللغة (العربية أو الإنجليزية)، ويُحفظ في التخزين المحلي لمتصفحك ليتذكر الموقع لغتك — ولا يغادر جهازك أبداً. تُقدَّم الخطوط عبر خدمة Google Fonts التي تستقبل عنوان IP الخاص بك لتوصيل ملفات الخطوط، دون مشاركة أي معلومات أخرى.

If you contact us by email at hello@subb.ae or by message on Instagram, we receive what you choose to send — typically your name, contact details, and your message. We use it only to reply and to follow up on your enquiry, for example about joining Subb as a founding partner. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to any mailing list without asking. إذا تواصلت معنا عبر البريد hello@subb.ae أو عبر إنستغرام، نستلم ما تختار إرساله — عادةً اسمك وبيانات التواصل ورسالتك. نستخدمها فقط للرد عليك ومتابعة استفسارك، مثل الانضمام إلى صبّ ضمن الشركاء المؤسسين. لا نبيعها، ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تسويقية، ولا نضيفك إلى أي قائمة بريدية دون إذنك.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our legitimate business records, and delete it on request where the law allows. نحتفظ بالمراسلات للمدة اللازمة لمعالجة استفسارك ولسجلاتنا التجارية المشروعة، ونحذفها عند الطلب حيثما يسمح القانون.

We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. يمكنك أن تسألنا عن المعلومات التي نحتفظ بها عنك، أو تطلب تصحيحها أو حذفها، بمراسلتنا على hello@subb.ae. نتعامل مع البيانات الشخصية وفق المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم 45 لسنة 2021 في شأن حماية البيانات الشخصية في دولة الإمارات.

Changesالتغييرات

When the Subb platform launches, this policy will be replaced by a fuller one covering accounts, bookings, and payments. The date at the top always reflects the current version. عند إطلاق منصة صبّ ستُستبدل هذه السياسة بنسخة أشمل تغطي الحسابات والحجوزات والمدفوعات. التاريخ أعلى الصفحة يعكس دائماً النسخة الحالية.
